Shipping Policy
FREE Delivery to all SA addresses
on orders over R2500
R150 flat fee anywhere in SA for orders under R2500
Orders will be shipped on the day that payment is made (Monday – Friday) if payment is made before 1pm. If payment is made after 1pm, your order will be shipped first thing the next business day. Weekend orders ship first thing Monday morning.
Delivery Times
- Johannesburg & Pretoria: 3 – 5 days
- All other major centres: 3 – 5 days
- Rural areas: 5 – 7 days
- International delivery: 3 – 7 days
Please note that all products are shipped from Johannesburg.
Couriers
All orders will be delivered to your delivery address, or you can choose to collect from your nearest HC Branch.
South African deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and Fastway.
International deliveries are handled by DHL.
